A printable guide for Academy learners and independent Student Career members using the AireTrac web app.
You will not see customer jobs, dispatch, or company billing.
Who this booklet is for
School or company students are invited by an instructor or HVAC admin. You complete courses and scenarios assigned to your school or shop.
Independent students sign up for Student Career ($29/month after document verification). You keep that rate only while the subscription stays active.

AireTrac
Getting Started
Sign In and Your Two Paths
Open https://airetrac.com, sign in with the email used for your invitation or Student Career signup, and accept any agreement screens.
| Path | How you get in | What happens next |

| Invited student | Your school or shop sends an invitation email. | Use the link, set a password, then open Academy. |
| Student Career | Register as an independent student on the public site. | Verify email, upload proof of enrollment, wait for AireTrac to approve the PDF, then pay $29/month. There is no free trial. |
Keep the rate: Student Career stays $29/month only while the subscription is active. If it lapses, that promotional rate is forfeited even if you subscribe again later.
If you cannot sign in
- Check spam for the invitation or verification code.
- Use Resume verification on the login page if you started signup but did not finish.
- Ask your instructor to resend the invitation, or email AireTrac support if you are on Student Career.

Academy
Academy Courses
Academy is structured HVAC training: courses, modules, lessons, quizzes, and certificates.

Choose a course from My courses or the catalog your school assigned.

Complete lessons in order. Mark a lesson complete when you have finished the material.

Take quizzes when they appear. Submit answers to record the attempt.

Download certificates from Academy when you have earned them. You can print a copy for your records.
Instructors see class progress from the school or shop console. They do not change your quiz answers from this handbook.
AireTrac
Scenario Lab
Scenario Lab
Scenario Lab is practice on realistic service calls. Readings in the simulator are fixed for that scenario
so every learner sees the same facts. Your attempt is scored against a rubric.

Open Scenario Lab and browse topics or favorites.

Open a card to preview, then start the scenario.

Work the call: gather facts, choose actions, and submit when you are done.

Read the debrief and score. Retry if your instructor allows another attempt.
An AI coach can role-play the customer, offer hints, and debrief. Using the coach does
not change your rubric score.
Time: Plan for the estimated minutes shown on the card. Do not leave a scored attempt mid-way if your school counts it.

Student Career
Student Career and Common Issues
Student Career is the independent-learner subscription at $29/month. It is not a fourth public pricing card on the marketing site; you enter through the independent-student signup link.

Create the account and verify your email.

Upload a PDF that proves current student status.

Wait until an AireTrac platform admin approves the document. Checkout stays locked until then.

Complete Stripe Checkout. Keep the subscription current to retain the Student Career rate after graduation as described on the Student Career page.
Common issues
| Issue | What to do |
|---|
| Stuck after signup | Return to login and use Resume verification, or open https://airetrac.com/verify-email. |
| Cannot pay | The PDF is still pending review. Check Student Career for status; do not start a second signup. |
| Empty Academy catalog | Your school has not assigned courses yet, or Student Career access is not active. Ask your instructor or wait for checkout to finish. |
| Need help | Email the address on the Student Career page or ask your school admin. Independent students do not get Live support from a shop dispatch console. |
Printing: Browser print, letter, portrait. Use Manuals in the nav to reopen this file. Copies opened while signed in are watermarked with your email.
